About Us

progressiveyoga.com is an online yoga prop store run by me, Tim Ruddy an Iyengar yogi since 1990 and instructor since 1996. I love Iyengar Yoga and love using props to practice and teach as they enhance the yoga postures surpassing  expectations. The understanding, depth and quality they bring to the asanas is immeasureable.

Yoga props can be expensive and sometimes the quality questionable. Therefore I am committed to bringing to you quality, low cost yoga props. I don't believe in gouging and since I don't have an offline store I can keep the prices low and still make a profit.
